Built in 1913, this is one of many libraries funded by Andrew Carnegie. It is in "Victorian Palladian Style". The library at one time had a tennis court on the side lawn, and its exterior walls were once entirely covered with ivy. In 1967, the Seaforth Library joined the Huron County Library which serves all municipalities in Huron County.
