An annual fall festival is held on these grounds. The event is organized by The Severn Bridge Agricultural Society (SBAS),  a non-profit,  charitable organization made up of local volunteers.  The fair has been taking place since 1873.  The fair provides good family entertainment and aims to raise awareness about the importance of agriculture in this community. The current fairgrounds have hosted this event since 1903.
