For over 50 years, the smell of freshly baked bread wafted through the air of Liberty Village. The Canada Bread Company baked and packaged bread and bread products here until 2012 when the building was decommissioned. Today, after being retrofitted, over 500 people work in this building complex. As a salute to its past, it was renamed The Bakery.
