This site was once the location of Davidson’s Bread, the largest commercial bakery in eastern Ontario. Established in the early 1890s, it was operated by the Davidson family for three generations. The industrial structure has since been transformed into a retail courtyard with four shops and a café – with some original features still present (such as the unique flour elevator).
