Western’s Don Wright Faculty of Music welcomes over 20,000 community members each year for concerts, outreach programming and special events. Join Doors Open London for guided tours of performance, rehearsal and research spaces and watch the renowned New Horizons Band rehearse, one of the largest programs of its kind in North America.

London's oldest residence, Eldon House, has been virtually unchanged since the 19th century, showcasing family heirlooms and treasures of the Harris Family across four generations. In 2026, Eldon House invites reflection on how lives have evolved alongside London. Visitors may take part in self-guided tours of the house and grounds and enjoy classic Victorian lawn games.

Experience the spirit of a traditional Irish village festival at Forest City Irish Fest. Enjoy live music, art, Irish history and sport alongside vendors offering food and drink. Families can explore the kid zone and take part in activities. Bring a lawn chair and soak up this lively, immersive celebration of Irish culture and community for all ages.

"Cheers to Years" celebrates 100 years of the Graham Arboretum. Join City of London Parks and Forestry staff in Springbank Park for a tour exploring its 1927 origins and unique trees. Eighteen highlighted species feature signage across six categories: Carolinian, Great Lakes, Boreal, Canada-wide, North America and World. Enhancements were funded through partnerships and a Canada Healthy Communities Initiative grant.

Grosvenor Lodge, an 1835 manor featuring beautiful stained glass, a wrap-around veranda and gardens, opens for a self-guided tour of the home built for Samuel and Ann Peters. Explore displays by Society for Learning in Retirement members, plus retrospectives marking 25 years of Doors Open London, and a video on Heritage Awards. Enjoy music and children's activities on the veranda.

Come visit HDR London's architectural design studio to tour an architectural practice and talk to team members about architecture and design. Take a virtual tour of completed and in-progress projects. Learn about the design process for commercial and institutional projects and join conversations on how architectural design impacts their lives. Visiting children can participate in a design competition.

Mushkeeki Gitigan invites the community to a day of Indigenous culture, learning and connection at South Branch Park. Explore teachings on sacred medicines, the Three Sisters and the medicine garden through elders, firekeepers and hands-on activities. Enjoy a sacred fire, drum music, children’s activities, Indigenous arts and food vendors, a community feast, evening draw and movie.

The Jet Aircraft Museum’s collection has a rich history in its artefacts, aircraft and personal stories. Included in this year’s offerings are timelines about Canada’s planes, JAM’s acquisition of various aircraft and the growth of the museum itself. Come take a peek at what JAM hopes to achieve in the years to come!

As part of Doors Open London, come and explore Labatt Memorial Park — the world’s oldest baseball park! Watch games featuring under-16 teams from the Great Lake Canadians and Ontario Nationals. Enjoy guided tours and explore the history and stories of this iconic park. Also, enjoy the pop-up exhibit by the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Beachville District Museum.

Visitors can explore the Club’s radio station and discover the hobby of amateur radio, including how to become a certified operator. Weather permitting, see fully off-grid outdoor stations demonstrating how radio can support communities during emergencies. A special call sign celebrating London’s 200th anniversary will also be in use throughout the day.
