Good cuisine begins with farming. For over 200 years, the Brick Street Cemetery has served the rural farming community that was Westminster Township. In fact, most of those buried here were farmers. A visit to the cemetery will engage the visitor with the earliest pioneer farmers in the London area, their farming practices, challenges, hardships, lasting contributions and legacies.
