This property was the site of a grist mill in 1821, run by water power from the Mississippi River. Built about 1823 by Hugh Boulton, the building was an oatmeal mill, the oldest in a complex of mills on the street. Now a popular restaurant that uses locally sourced ingredients, it offers a spectacular waterfront patio, complete with grist stone!
