This historical two-storey neo-Georgian/neo-classical home was constructed in 1913. In the early 1900s, the land was owned by the congregation of Knox Presbyterian Church, where they built this home as a manse. It was officially designated under the Ontario Heritage Act in1983, and is currently home to the United Way, Woodstock Library, Oxford Community Foundation and Social Planning Council.
