Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital is also one of the world's leading research centres. It offers outstanding clinical care to 38,000-plus patients a year, conducts groundbreaking research, provides expert training and advocates on public policy issues. In 2005, a bold redevelopment project added parks, art installations and paths to help break down barriers for those living with mental illness.
