Perkins House, designated under the Ontario Heritage Act, is worth a visit for both exterior and interior features. Examine the detailed brickwork before being welcomed into an elegant foyer with original woodwork and carved newel post. Only a few families have called Perkins House home in its 125-year history. Throughout that time, the practice has been preservation, not renovation.
