St. Peter’s, erected by the first settlers of Tyrconnell in 1827, is one of the oldest churches in southwestern Ontario. Come and explore the church’s architectural highlights both inside and out. The nearby cemetery contains many of the area’s early pioneers and their descendants – including Colonel Thomas Talbot, the land speculator responsible for settling newcomers throughout southwestern Ontario.
