Knox Presbyterian's building and congregation serve the community in the heart of downtown Burlington. The congregation celebrated its 178th anniversary in June 2023. The original church, today known as the Bell Tower Room, still stands, surviving as one of the oldest buildings in Burlington. Knox Presbyterian features the impressive stained-glass Campbell Memorial Windows, which can be viewed during Doors Open.
