Rising Sun Masonic Lodge

This Gothic revival-style building is home to Aurora’s Freemasons and is the town’s oldest, continuous community organization. Formerly the Methodist Episcopal Church, it was purchased by the Masons in 1885. Visit the lodge during Doors Open and discover exquisite murals that adorn the meeting room. Learn more about this history of the building and the Masons who call it home.
