The Biltmore Theatre chain was owned by the affluent Okun Brothers of Toronto; this was the first Biltmore Theatre constructed in Ontario. The street-facing façade of this classic building features smooth cut stone. Within the upper façade are recessed narrow windows with linear horizontal decorations. Today, The Biltmore is a live-music and entertainment venue with an unique 1940s-era upstairs lounge.
