The Tweed and Area Heritage Centre wears many hats. Not only is it a museum with various collections including general store, railway and native heritage galleries, a vast archival collection with extensive genealogy resources, and a gallery promoting local artists, but it also is the local information and welcome centre for tourists and residents.
