Robert Waldie, a local carpenter, purchased the lot on McNabb Street for $160 and built this house – a prime example of the Edwardian architectural style. Presently a family home, Waldie House reminds us of the adaptability of century homes to modern times. It has been designated under the Ontario Heritage Act. During Doors Open, food and beverages will be available.
