This centre offers pediatric services to special-needs children who live in Windsor and Essex County. Most services are funded through the Ministry of Children and Youth. Physiotherapy and occupational and speech therapy were among the early programs. The centre's services have expanded to include autism services, recreational and communication therapy, family services, equipment loan and a resource library.
