Trinity Anglican Church Doors Open Waterloo Region
Celebrating 175 years in 2019, Trinity Anglican is Galt’s oldest church building and Waterloo Region’s oldest stone church. This beautiful, simple Gothic revival building is set in a traditional churchyard surrounded by a cobblestone fence with a 1909 lych-gate. Inside, the exposed-timber roof has heavy trusses decorated with ornate fretwork. Also see stained-glass windows and lots of carved woodwork.
