A much-anticipated addition, restoration and adaptive re-use of the former Galt Post Office has created the Idea Exchange digital library with creative studios, discovery centre, makerspace, heritage reading room café and spectacular Grand River views. Guided tours will bridge the centuries. At 11:30 a.m., there will be a talk entitled Carnegie Libraries: A Legacy of Form and Function.
