Designed by R.W. Strickland and Kivas Tully, the Heritage Building features high Victorian design. Formerly the teachers’ college, it became Ottawa City Hall after municipal amalgamation. On Saturday only, enjoy coffee in the Mayor’s Office from 10 a.m. to noon.
