Hume Cronyn Memorial Observatory Doors Open London

Hume Cronyn Memorial Observatory

The Hume Cronyn Memorial Observatory at Western University hosts public astronomy events and outreach activities. During the Doors Open London weekend, you can experience the site virtually. They will be giving tours of the beautifully restored observatory – showcasing some of their amazing historical artifacts and spaces – and offering cool, live science demonstrations. If the skies are clear, they will also show off objects in the night sky through telescopes. As part of Digital Doors Open, take a tour of the site through the video below – offered to the Antique Telescope Society in 2020 – and learn more about this fascinating place.
