The first church on this site, erected in 1844, was a wooden structure. As the congregation grew, there was need for a larger building. So, a brick structure was constructed in 1898, with an addition made in 1991. Munn’s United Church is a well-preserved example of the Gothic revival style that is prevalent in 19th-century church architecture.
