The Sovereign Doors Open Guelph

The Sovereign

Built in Second Empire style, The Sovereign is an interesting neighbour to the Petrie Building. The mansard roof, ornate dormers and false corner tower create an impressive presence. The original ballroom was once used by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, whose symbols survive in the restored offices. It is now the offices of Williams and McDaniel Property Management.
