The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) headquarters was erected in 1920. The site was originally the Cedar Dale Works, making farm implements in the late 1800s. From 1898 to 1977, the site was home to Robson Leather, turning out hides for shoe and boot leather. During Doors Open, view historical information and artifacts or talk with CLOCA staff.

Previously the Genosha Hotel, this designated building has an illustrious history. During the Second World War, James Bond creator Ian Fleming was a frequent visitor here. The site has been redeveloped as luxury apartments.
