Operation Grow is a social enterprise holistically designed to address poverty, food scarcity, de-skilling, social exclusion and the impacts of trauma for women who have lived with violence. At its heart is a vertical farm that grows produce indoors. The community kitchen and yoga studio are used by members to help build peer relationships, dignity, confidence and autonomy.
